SHIPPING POLICY

Return Policy

We’ll accept return requests for bags and jewelry that are unused in its original condition. The product(s) must be in their original packaging.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.

If approved, the money will be refunded minus the shipping cost to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of 7 to 14days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with an item, we will accept exchange requests for items that are unused in its original condition. The product(s) must be in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. After you’ve submitted an exchange request to idia@wewearafrica.com, we will email you a PDF of a pre-paid return shipping label. Please email idia@wewearafrica.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to idia@wewearafrica.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.  Kindly ship through your preferred service carrier.  We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

We offer a store credit on returns of unused or undamaged items. To request a credit email idia@wewearafrica.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Postal Delivery

We are offering free shipping on all orders over $100 for the time being. 

We will deliver your purchase within 3-8 business days after you received your order confirmation. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas.

 Postal delivery might take a little longer.  We are not responsible and have no authority over the United States Postal Service.  Service has been slower than usual.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Domestic Shipping Rates apply. Shipping from Maryland to all United States of America.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

WeWearAfrica.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
